Our homeowners insurance advised ServeLegacy would be assisting with repair on our A/C that did not turn on during current heat wave!! I am so glad they did, because the tech that came was Freddy Palomares, and he was extremely helpful. After he left, A/C once again went off, and the tech, although outside of our area, assisted via text and offered to call to assist with walk-through on trouble shooting to get running again due to heat!!
