Our homeowners insurance advised ServeLegacy would be assisting with repair on our A/C that did not turn on during current heat wave!! I am so glad they did, because the tech that came was Freddy Palomares, and he was extremely helpful. After he left, A/C once again went off, and the tech, although outside of our area, assisted via text and offered to call to assist with walk-through on trouble shooting to get running again due to heat!! About 3-4 years ago my air conditioner broke on a Friday during a heat wave. No matter how many times I called, no one would come until 3 days later. The repair guy never came in but did fix my air conditioner. Last week my air conditioner started making the same noise as before it broke. I called to have it checked out because once again we are in a heat wave. Michael Amato came earlier than scheduled, looked at my air conditioner outside, came inside, checked all my vents, air filters, entire system with pictures. Once he was done, he sat down, explained where each picture came from and the importance of each part in relation to the system. I was shocked. If the other repairman cared and had the same knowledge, it might have saved me money. He gave me 3 options to choose from, again explaining the pros and cons of each. He didn’t pressure me into getting the most expensive one but based on the pictures and his knowledge that’s the one I chose. ($4000) He called the office, said they would come out the next day at 8 a.m. My doorbell rang at 7:59 a.m. the next morning. They cleaned my system and replaced air filters, etc., took about 3 hours. I was so happy for a few hours before my air conditioner was on but blowing hot air. I wasn’t upset because Michael had explained that my system was old. I called the office the next day around 3 p.m. They said they would call Michael so he can come check out what’s going on. While I was on the phone with the office, Michael called me. He came later in the evening and checked the system again. Sadly, he wasn’t able to fix it Friday evening and promised to come at 8 a.m. on Saturday with the part. Omg! It was a rough night. Saturday morning, went to my kitchen to get something, looked outside and Michael was here as promised 8 a.m.! He was a life saver. Not only did he come on a Saturday early morning (8 a.m.) but went straight to work. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He went above and beyond of what I expected. The entire company was professional from start to finish. The men who did the system cleaning were outstanding, fast and efficient. I highly recommend ServLegacy INC. to address your family needs!

Absolutely great service from start to finish! Luis was quick to respond to my request and was able to schedule me for a few days after the initial contact. Setting it all up was smooth and seamless. The day before service, I was provided a courtesy call to confirm and update me about the arrival window, which I greatly appreciated. The day of service, Pedro, the technician, provided me with an ETA prior to arrival and then promptly showed up at that time. Pedro assessed the situation efficiently, was highly knowledgeable, and explained everything that he was doing throughout the process, which was very helpful. He was able to determine the cause of the issue and repair it quickly and effectively. After this service, my AC and heating work perfectly. This business is a 10/10 and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and affordable AC/heating/plumbing service.
