Mike recently installed two new heat exchangers at our home and took the time necessary to be sure they were operating properly, including thoroughly cleaning out the condensation drain lines. Today, after Cesar had come to the house yesterday to troubleshoot a furnace control problem, Mike arrived with and installed a replacement controller board which immediately fixed the problem. My 4-year-old furnace was not coming on. We’d had it serviced three times and it would work for a few hours, then back to not working. Parts were replaced, but still no luck.
On the 4th service call, Pedro was sent to check out what could possibly be the issue. He did a thorough job, spent at least 90 minutes checking the interior, temperatures, connections, etc. He made some adjustments based on his knowledge and experience with our model of furnace.
